My Random Products is designed to be light on data. You don't need an account, and we don't ask for or store personal information such as your name, email, or payment details — purchases happen entirely on eBay.com, under eBay's own policies.

Product discovery

Your browser keeps up to 20 recently displayed listing identifiers in memory for the current page session and sends them to our service to reduce repeats. This recent list is not saved in browser storage or included in our custom analytics events. When you choose Save, up to 200 favorites (listing titles, identifiers, eBay links and available thumbnail URLs and prices) are saved locally in this browser. They are not synced to the app or another device. You can remove them from Saved or clear your browser storage. Product requests also include your selected filters and marketplace. Affiliate links can include a fixed website or app label to distinguish referral channels; this label does not identify you.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand visits, successful product loads, browsing depth, loading failures, links opened on eBay and App Store or Google Play link clicks. Our custom events use fixed categories; they do not include your search words, item titles, saved favorites or product identifiers. Google Analytics may use cookies and device or browser identifiers. This website skips analytics when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. You can also use Google’s analytics opt-out tools.
